3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), you grant us permission to:

You remain responsible for all content posted to your connected accounts. You may revoke access at any time through your account settings or the social media platform's settings.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in Section 5.4.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5.3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • We do not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of AI-generated content
  • Your voice profile is derived from your existing content and may not perfectly match your style

  • MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
  • SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AVAILABILITY OR API FUNCTIONALITY

Social media results depend on many factors beyond our control, including platform algorithms and your implementation.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
